You may use ConvertPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not upload files containing illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.

3. File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. By uploading a file you confirm that you have the right to process it and that it does not violate any laws.

4. No Warranty

ConvertPDF is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee that conversions will be perfect or that the service will be available at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

ConvertPDF is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or file corruption.

6. Pro Plan

Pro plan subscriptions are billed via Paddle. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
